Liability

Here’s the thing: everything that I share here on Shoestring101 is something that I personally have used or am in the process of using, right now. But Bizness can be a tricky thang. And as you know, like a lot of things it’s easier said than done.

All the principles are sound, and all the techniques have worked, at least in the timeframe that I used them. Or am using them now. Before YOU go and risk life, limb, and savings to run a Bizness, understand that it’s you that is responsible for its success… or failure.

No representation is made here of earnings, other than the earnings of some extraordinary individuals. In the changing landscape of the free markets, it’s hard to say if anyone could ever duplicate their results.

Of course, if someone did happen to duplicate their results, it would probably be by doing what they did, or a reasonable fascimile thereof…including Step ONE. Heh.

In that vein: Don’t hold me, Shoestring101, or any guest blogger here responsible for any financial loss due to your improper, incomplete… or even proper and complete following of Steps that we outline here.

Also, certain Biznesses you might start involve risks of themselves. If you contemplate offering a service where you’ll slap a Mafia don with a three day old halibut for $5,000 a slap… The risk belongs to you alone. ‘Kay?

Affiliate Offers and Other Kickbacks

Okay, finally..! There is not a thing that I’ll recommend on here that I haven’t personally thoroughly reviewed or used. Whereever I can promote a product that I believe in and they’ll give me a commish… that’s what I will do. On the other hand there are quite a few resources that I recommend without taking a commission because it’s:

1. Better than the stuff that I can earn a commission on; or
2. Impossible to track and award a commission on anyway.

I recommend stuff because it’s what I recommend because I think it’ll work. Period. BUT it is important to note that with my recommendation, if you buy certain things I do get a kickback. If you’re okay with that, so am I. But the important thing I want to stress here is that I’m here for YOU, not the highest bidder.
